When prompted "are you sure you want to run this program" you will notice that the program has been digitally signed by TechsAmerica.com as the publisher. This is your assurance that the software is authentic and safe to run on your system. Once installed, you will see a gold star icon in the system taskbar next to the clock (typically located at the bottom right corner of your screen). To initiate a help request, simply double click on the gold star. The TechSWAT support wizard will guide you and display the applicable support rates in the "help request summary," so that you can review your selections prior to submitting your request. Unlike other services, the TechSWAT Support system has been designed to ensure absolute maximum security, so there is absolutely no way to share or view files or run any off-screen commands without your knowledge (a common flaw in other software systems). With TechSWAT, all work is done in a fully visible, easily controllable screen sharing session. Plus, we've made it as easy as possible for you to truly remain in full control of the support session - unlike other services, there are no special key-combinations or menu options to remember... just hit the "escape" key anytime to stop screen sharing, return to chat, or end the support session and submit feedback about your experience. An option to suspend the session for up to several hours is also included, just in case you ever need it.

Unlimited Chat is allowed during an active screen session, but not recommended as it will interfere with the support professional's ability to complete the requested tasks... the best approach is to reserve questions until the tasks have been completed. You may also press the "ESC" escape key at anytime to interrupt the session and return to chat, however, the 2 minute idle chat time limit will apply again.

The automated billing and deposit account features are manually controlled by you, thereby enabling you to use different funding sources and alternate between them as needed (please note: switching your account type will close any live or pending support sessions)
